Happy Father’s Day

Hello ladies,

I hope that you are having a wonderful Father’s Day! As you run or walk today, why not invite your dad, brother, friend or husband along. Thank them for being great dads and or caregivers. Encourage them. Let them know that you appreciate their hard work, dedication and love. You can also invite your heavenly father along on this journey too.

Here is a recent photo of our daughter Abby and my husband Tom. Abby’s obvious joy is not because of the chocolate croissant she ate on a recent trip to Metz, France —  she is happy because she is spending time with her dad, who loves her. Today, I offer a special praise to fathers, just for being you. You are important. Your children love you and they appreciate you, just for you. They need you and you need them. What a wondering blessing it is to be a father. What a wonderful blessing it is for a child to spend time with their father. How wonderful blessed we all are to have a heavenly father too.

Happy Father’s Day and keep running for your life!
